Karim runs operations at Haven Talent — search process, candidate pipeline and the systems that keep every engagement moving to time. He makes sure clients get consistent communication and a shortlist that actually lands.

Rupert Elliott

Co-Founder — Head of Sales

Rupert heads sales and client partnerships, working directly with agency principals to scope roles, set expectations and structure retained and exclusive engagements around how each business actually grows.

Layth Mustapha

Recruitment Manager

Layth started on the phones and worked his way up — cold calling, building the network and learning the industry conversation by conversation. He now runs initial screening on every role and manages senior placements through to interview, so clients only meet candidates who are genuinely worth their time.
