Services
Haven Talent provides specialist recruitment services to buyers agencies and property businesses across Australia. The scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before work commences.
Fees
An engagement fee is payable when Haven Talent is formally engaged. A success fee is payable when the selected candidate signs their employment agreement. All fees are quoted excluding GST.
Replacement guarantee
Eligible placements are covered by a 90-day replacement guarantee. Eligibility, exclusions and the replacement process are set out in the engagement terms provided at the start of each search.
Candidate information
Candidate details provided by Haven Talent are confidential and must not be shared outside the hiring organisation without consent.
