How we use it
Candidate information is used to assess suitability for roles and to contact you about relevant opportunities. Employer information is used to scope and deliver recruitment services. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing with employers
Candidate details are never shared with an employer without your explicit permission, and we do not contact a current employer without your consent.
Storage and security
Data is stored in secured, access-controlled systems. Uploaded CVs are held in private storage accessible only to authorised Haven Talent staff.
Retention
We retain candidate records while they remain relevant to future opportunities. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing talent@havenba.com.
